For the climate

The climate strike brings people together to demand fast and fair climate action. Show up, bring a friend and help build pressure.

Why We Strike

The climate crisis is not waiting. It is not a threat of the future. It is already here.

In June 2026 alone, heatwaves are estimated to have caused at least 12,000 excess deaths across Europe1. At the same time, Western Europe experienced its hottest June on record2.

During the summer, unprecedented wildfires forced more than 300,000 people to flee their homes in France and Spain. According to researchers, climate change made the weather conditions driving these fires many times more likely3.

Greenhouse gas emissions must be reduced immediately, and climate action must be fair and just. Every delayed decision increases human suffering and the costs we will face in the future.

More than ever, we must demand immediate climate action.
